Job description
Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Robotic Weld Operator to set up, operate, and monitor robotic welding cells for precision sheet metal fabrication in Alto, GA. Responsibilities include loading fixtures, adjusting machine settings, inspecting weld quality, performing basic troubleshooting, and completing routine preventive maintenance. You will read blueprints, follow safety and quality standards, and work closely with team members to meet production goals.
