Job description
Custom Metal Designs, part of the DCC Automation family, seeks an Assembly Manufacturing Manager to lead daily robotics and conveyor production in Oakland, FL. You will supervise skilled teams, drive Lean initiatives, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities include shaping manufacturing processes, coordinating with engineering, managing KPIs, and mentoring staff. Travel is optional and less than 10% as needed.
