Job description
DoorDash Labs seeks a Technician Lead to bridge high-level engineering goals with day-to-day shop floor execution in the Bay Area. This on-site, 90-95% hands-on role focuses on complex robotic diagnostics and repairs to keep fleet uptime at target levels.
You will own service center processes, mentor technicians, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Reports to the Operations Manager, Service Operations, within DoorDash Labs.
