Job description
Mosaic is seeking a dynamic Area Director to lead our Rockford operations and team. You will hire, coach, and empower a high-performing group, ensure programs meet regulatory standards, and build strong local partnerships with state and community entities.
You will translate financial metrics into strategic decisions, champion belonging and inclusion, and embody Mosaic’s seven Essential Practices of Leadership in daily work.
