ElectricianCome Join our Tip Top Team Today!Job Title: ElectricianPay: Based on ExperienceMonday - Friday & Saturday when RequiredBenefits:Weekly Pay401K Offered after 6 monthsInsurance offered after 60 DaysHoliday PayNurse on premises 5 Days a weekNurse Practitioner on premises 1 day a weekReferral BonusesKey Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and repairs electrical apparatus and components of industrial machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot power supply wiring and conduit for machines and equipmentDiagnoses and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables and malfunctioning electrical apparatusDiagnoses and replaces faulty electrical components of machinery and position sensing devices which may require finding suitable replacementsAssists in other departmental areas as neededPhysical Requirement:Extensive mobility and excellent physical condition; ability to lift 75 lbs.; ability to operate all necessary hand tools; ability to kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, etc. to reach items in need of repair; ability to drive forklift, yard dog, and truck; tolerance to all extreme weather conditions, such as very hot or very cold temperaturesSkills and Knowledge:Communication skills (listening, feedback, presentation)Teambuilding and the ability to work through others to accomplish tasksIn-depth knowledge of facility operations, people, products, and equipmentKnowledge of federal, state, and local requirements and guidelines necessary to operating a raw processing facilityFinancial analytical skills to estimate costs, do cost-benefit analyses, and investigate reportsComputer skills: blueprints, drawings, layouts, spreadsheets, and powerful, yet simple, presentationsAbility to read and decipher Imperial and European schematic diagrams,Architectural blueprintsSolid understanding of Allen Bradley PLC & HMI operations and communication protocolsAbility to understand PLC logic.In depth knowledge of VFD's including Siemens and Allen BradleyThe ability to show up on time and to be on call when necessaryCompetencies:Core CompetenciesIntegritySimplicityDisciplineTeamworkServant LeadershipJob Specific CompetenciesDetail-orientedResult DrivenMentorHighly OrganizedProblem SolverEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
