Rocky Mountain Steel Mills in Pueblo, CO is seeking a Director of Sales for the Rod & Bar division. The role requires leading sales strategies, managing a team, and ensuring market competitiveness while also developing pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Ideal candidates will have at least 10 years of sales experience in heavy manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred. An attractive salary range between $170,000 - $185,000 and comprehensive benefits are offered.
