Job description
JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services seeks a Role Readiness Vice President to shape how teams learn, adapt, and perform across end-to-end loan operations. Partner with SMEs to create engaging, role-specific training that accelerates new-hire readiness and supports change at scale.
You will design, deliver, and support learning programs, translating SME knowledge into effective solutions and coaching trainees to meet performance standards across the organization.
