Product Owner (Business Systems Analysis)
The client is seeking an experienced Product Owner with strong Business Systems Analysis experience in large enterprise environments. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into clear functional/business requirements and working closely with architects, developers, data engineers, QA, and AI teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Backlog Management:
Manage and prioritize the product backlog
Conduct backlog refinement
Participate in sprint planning
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Support production releases
Ensure requirements are clear and actionable for development teams
Business Analysis & Requirements:
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders
Elicit, analyze, refine, and document requirements
Translate business needs into functional/business requirements
Perform detailed requirement analysis
Conduct data analysis
Perform business/process mapping
Identify business and process gaps
Stakeholder Management:
Establish strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
Manage stakeholder expectations
Provide executive-level communication when required
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
