Rolex Certified WatchmakerMeierotto Jewelers is Kansas City's leading jewelry store. We are located just minutes north of downtown Kansas City.We are actively searching for a Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our team who will be responsible for repairing and testing watches using our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment. Our Certified Watchmakers will service watches in-house and will provide the best quality of work.ResponsibilitiesService and maintain Rolex watches while adhering to the brand's standardsService and maintain other automatic, mechanical and quartz movement watchesBattery replacement and link removal for all brandsMaintain watchmaking equipment and toolsQualifications and RequirementsRolex Certified Level 30 or 40WOSTEP, CW21, SAWTA certifiedPrefer at least two (2) years of proven experience as a watchmaker, specifically on brands such as Rolex, Omega, Breitling, IWC and other luxury brandsKnowledge of repairing or replacing commonly used watch calibers and movementsGood organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure quality of craftsmanshipExperience with polishing techniques on luxury timepiecesMust be able to work SaturdaysWork Hours & BenefitsThis is a full-time position and will be located on site with no option to perform tasks remote. Typical 5-day work week is Tuesday-Saturday. We are closed between Christmas and New Years and most major holidays. Open extended hours during the month of December. May be asked to work additional hours for special in-store events. We offer Simple IRA retirement plan, medical/vision/dental, life insurance, employee discounts, paid holidays, paid vacation, and higher than average pay.PayLevel 30 Rolex Certified watchmaker salary starting $80,000 per year. Pay based on level of Rolex certification and years of proven experience.
