Join a growing Springfield manufacturer specializing in custom strut and roll-formed products!A Springfield, Oregon manufacturing company specializing in custom strut and roll-forming products used in the electrical, plumbing, industrial, and solar industries. The company operates two local plants with approximately 90 employees and has been under the same ownership and management since 1987.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Roll Form Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.00 to $ 17.25 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 02:30pm to 01:00am)Set up and operate roll-forming machineryAdjust machine settings to maintain production and qualityInspect finished parts for accuracy and defectsLoad and set up uncoilers and stack/label finished partsSpot weld strut pieces as neededTroubleshoot basic machine issues and make adjustmentsMaintain accurate production countsKeep the work area clean and organizedRoll Form Operator Qualifications:Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience requiredAbility to safely lift 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shiftStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityComfortable working independently and as part of a teamAbility to follow safety procedures and production instructionsApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
