Roll Operator (DAVI Plate Roll) - 1st ShiftGlencoe, MN | $25-$30/Hour | Flexible Start Time | Immediate OpeningWe are seeking an experienced Roll Operator to join a growing fabrication team in Glencoe, MN. This position is responsible for operating a DAVI Plate Roll and forming heavy carbon steel plate into cylinders and custom fabricated components.If you have experience with plate rolling, blueprint reading, and working with large steel materials, we want to hear from you.Pay & Schedule$25.00 - $30.00 per hour1st ShiftFlexible start time between 5:00 AM and 8:00 AMFull-time, long-term opportunityOvertime availableResponsibilitiesSet up and operate a DAVI Plate Roll machineRoll carbon steel plate into cylinders and curved componentsWork with material thicknesses ranging from 14 gauge to 1-inch plateManufacture 8-foot, 10-foot, and 14-foot cylindersAdjust machine settings to meet print specifications and tolerancesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work ordersPerform material preparation including grinding, beveling, fitting, and edge preparationInspect finished parts for quality and dimensional accuracySafely move and handle large steel componentsMaintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organizedQualificationsExperience operating a DAVI Plate Roll or similar plate rolling equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawingsExperience working with carbon steel plate and heavy fabrication materialsKnowledge of manufacturing tolerances and quality requirementsAbility to safely lift, move, and position large steel componentsStrong attention to detail and safetyWhy Join Our Team?Competitive pay up to $30/hourFlexible start timesStable, full-time employmentOpportunity to work on large custom fabrication projectsSupportive team environmentRoom for advancement and growthIf you have plate rolling, heavy fabrication, or metal forming experience, apply today to learn more about this immediate opportunity in Glencoe, MN.
