Pay Rate: $19.89 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM

Looking for Roll Packer jobs in Troy where accuracy and speed keep orders moving? This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition. This position is responsible for packing and preparing finished rolls of material after they have been machined, ensuring products are properly labeled, tracked, and ready for shipment.

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems.
Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
Job Duties
Pack finished rolls of material according to established procedures and customer requirements
Inspect finished product for quality and proper packaging
Manually and electronically track finished products
Properly label and identify completed rolls
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred.
Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial.
Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Roll Packer
Physical Capabilities
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
