Roller Machine OperatorExpress Employment Professionals is seeking a Roller Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Ola, AR. This position will operate and monitor production machinery used in the manufacturing of metal components while ensuring products meet established quality standards.Job Duties Include:Set up, operate, and monitor roller machinery.Load materials into equipment and remove completed parts.Monitor machine operation throughout the production process.Make basic machine adjustments as needed.Inspect finished products for defects and proper specifications.Use measuring tools and gauges as required.Identify and report equipment, production, or quality issues.Maintain production records as required.Keep equipment and surrounding work areas clean and organized.Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude.Ability to perform repetitive work and remain attentive to machine operation.Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications.Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.Ability to work overtime as needed.Must pass all prescreenings.Express Employment Professionals is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
