No commission games, no draw schemes.What You'll Be DoingTearing off old roofing systems and keeping the worksite cleanInstalling complete roofing systems — underlayment, ice & water shield, ventilation, shingles, metal, and flashing — built to be watertightCutting and fitting materials around chimneys, vents, valleys, and wallsSealing joints, penetrations, and nail heads for a leak-free finishSetting up ladders, staging, and hoisting equipment the right way, every timeWorking as a crew and keeping your Team Lead in the loop on progress and problemsWhat We're Looking ForExperience installing residential roofing (shingle experience required; metal a plus)Confident with the tools of the trade — nail guns, roofing shovels, tin snips, and everything on your beltDetail-oriented: straight lines, clean flashing, no callbacksBasic math for measuring and material countsValid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sitesOSHA 10 card is a plus — we'll help you get certified if you don't have oneAble to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and put in full days outdoors in Virginia weatherAvailable for occasional weekend work when weather pushes the schedule — rain delays don't move deadlines, and weekend hours are more hours on your checkWhy RoseW-2 employment — taxes handled, workers' comp coverage, real employment protectionsA crew, not a crowd — you report to an Install Team Lead who's on the roof with you, not a dispatcherGrowth path — our Team Leads come from our install crews.
