Job Description Job Description About the Role: Blue and Blue Roofing Inc is looking for a skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our growing team in Edmonds, WA! Responsibilities: Inspect residential roofs to identify damage, leaks, and areas in need of repair
Perform roof repairs including patching, sealing, flashing replacement, and shingle repair or replacement
Apply waterproofing materials and sealants to prevent future water intrusion
Safely operate roofing tools and equipment including ladders, nail guns, and roofing shovels
Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to supervisors and occasionally customers
Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA/WISHA safety standards
Document completed work and materials used for each job
Requirements: 3+ years of experience in roofing and roof repair
Familiarity with roofing materials including asphalt shingles, torch down roofing, and metal roofing
Ability to work safely at heights and on steep-slope roofing systems
Knowledge of flashing, underlayment, and weatherproofing techniques
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
