Schedule & Hours
Monday to Friday
7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
40 hours per week
Overtime available
Occasional weekend work may be required
Responsibilities
Install and repair commercial roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, TPO, PVC, and metal roofs.
Remove existing roofing materials, replace damaged decking, and install insulation and waterproof layers.
Apply asphalt, bitumen, sealants, coatings, vapor barriers, and other roofing materials.
Prepare job sites by cleaning debris, setting up equipment, and organizing work areas.
Inspect roofs to identify issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
Measure roof areas and cut materials to fit around vents, walls, edges, and penetrations.
Operate hand and power tools, and assist with lifts or forklifts when required.
Follow all OSHA safety regulations, use PPE properly, and maintain a safe work environment at heights.
Communicate job progress and report roof conditions or recommendations as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, or similar).
Strong understanding of roofing materials, installation methods, and repair techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
Physically able to lift heavy materials, climb, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to job site procedures.
Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively as part of a team.
Laborer Requirements
Previous construction experience preferred
Ability to perform physical labor and lift materials
Comfortable working at heights
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
