High-Income Opportunity For Experienced ClosersHonest Abe Roofing is expanding into the Kansas City Metro, and we are seeking proven, high-ticket closers who want to dominate a new territory and earn at an elite level. We provide pre-screened leads, high-value closing frameworks, and a company vehicle. As a new branch location, this role requires a proactive sales professional who combines company-provided inbound appointments with local prospecting to build immediate momentum and keep a full pipeline.Run pre-qualified leads, present directly to homeowners at pre-screened, office-booked appointments.Execute localized outreach and self-generation tactics during initial branch rollout to maximize earnings.Inspect residential roofs, evaluate structural needs, and identify storm or age-related damage.Present clear solutions, guide homeowners through flexible financing options, and secure contracts on the spot.Manage follow-ups and daily sales metrics to convert warm leads into signed projects.Experience: 3+ years of outside sales, high-ticket sales, or in-home closing experience (roofing or home improvement experience preferred, but not required).Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record (required for company vehicle).High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt, MO.Full-time (Monday–Friday with weekend availability to meet with homeowners).Reliable personal smartphone with an active data plan for daily company app communication.You are an experienced closer who thrives in a 100% performance-based environment.You consistently aim for high closing rates (30%+) and take pride in managing your sales pipeline.You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable running 2–3 in-home presentations per day.Compensation: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearHonest Abe Roofing has been installing, repairing, and maintaining residential roofs since 2005.
