What You'll Do
As a Storm Restoration Sales Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for homeowners navigating the storm-restoration process.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting with homeowners in communities affected by hail and severe weather
Performing exterior property and roof inspections
Identifying potential storm-related damage
Educating homeowners about restoration options
Helping homeowners understand the insurance claims process
Coordinating restoration projects from inspection through completion
Maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the project
Providing exceptional customer service
Building relationships that lead to referrals and future business

Requirements
Valid driver's license
Pickup truck, or ability to obtain one within 60 days
Ability to successfully complete the required 90-day paid training program in Dallas, Texas
Ability to safely climb ladders and perform exterior and roof inspections
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
