Roofing Customer & Field CoordinatorLegacy Roofing | Clearfield, UtahFull-Time | W-2 | $24.00–$28.00 per HourCompany Truck + Gas Card + iPad ProvidedAbout The RoleLegacy Roofing is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Roofing Customer & Field Coordinator with previous roofing experience to join our team in Clearfield, Utah.This is not a traditional desk-only customer service position.This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, project coordination, and field work. You will work directly with homeowners after the sale and help ensure they have a great experience throughout the roofing process—from pre-construction through final project closeout.You will work out of our Legacy Roofing office in Clearfield while also spending time in the field visiting customers and active residential roofing projects.Compensation & Company Equipment$24.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experienceFull-Time, W-2 positionCompany truck providedCompany gas card providedCompany iPad providedWork out of our Clearfield, Utah officeCombination of office and field responsibilitiesWhat You'll DoCustomer Service & Project SupportServe as a primary point of contact for homeowners after the sale through project completionCommunicate project updates, scheduling information, and next steps to customersAnswer homeowner questions and help address concerns throughout the projectCoordinate customer needs and project details with our internal teamFollow up on outstanding items to make sure nothing falls through the cracksMaintain accurate customer information, job notes, photos, and updates in our CRMHelp close out completed projects and collect final amounts due from customersField & Pre-Construction ResponsibilitiesMeet homeowners at their properties for pre-construction appointmentsCarry, set up, and safely use extension laddersAccess and walk residential roofs as part of regular job responsibilitiesReview roofing projects in the field and confirm important job detailsWalk and photograph properties to document existing conditions prior to constructionIdentify and document potential concerns before work beginsVisit active residential jobsites as neededCommunicate field observations and important project information back to the internal teamWhat We're Looking ForPrevious roofing experience is requiredMust be able to carry, set up, and safely use extension laddersMust be able to access and walk residential roofsAbility to regularly lift and carry up to 50 poundsComfortable working outdoors in Utah weather conditionsComfortable walking active residential construction sitesStrong attention to detail and the ability to identify and document property conditionsStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable speaking directly with homeowners and handling questions or concerns professionallyOrganized and capable of managing multiple active customers and projectsComfortable using an iPad, smartphone, computer, CRM, email, text messaging, and jobsite photosAbility to document information clearly and accuratelyDependable, punctual, and able to follow established processesComfortable discussing and collecting final customer balancesBenefits & PerksLegacy Roofing offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA)401(k)Group life insuranceAD&D insuranceAccident insuranceHospital indemnity insuranceCritical illness insuranceShort-term disability insuranceEmployee Discount Program
