Roofing Foreman – Metal Focus (Lead & Build Phoenix Team)We are building out our Phoenix roofing operation and are looking for a strong foreman who can take ownership of jobs and help us establish a high standard.This is not a "show up and work" position—we are looking for someone who can lead installs, solve problems, and take responsibility for the outcome of each job.We currently self-perform our metal roofing work and are in the process of building out subcontractor crews.
