Roofing Repair TechnicianAllcon Roofing is looking for a skilled, dependable, and experienced Steep-Slope Roofing Repair Technician to join our team.We are looking for a strong individual with extensive knowledge of steep-slope roofing systems, particularly asphalt shingles. The ideal candidate is confident performing thorough roof inspections, diagnosing roofing issues, completing quality repairs, communicating directly with homeowners, and accurately documenting each job.Experience and strong knowledge of slate, cedar, and metal roofing systems is a significant plus.Responsibilities:Perform thorough inspections of steep-slope roofing systemsIdentify leaks, damage, deterioration, installation issues, and potential problem areasDiagnose roofing issues and determine the appropriate repair solutionComplete high-quality roofing repairs safely and efficientlyWork with asphalt shingles and various steep-slope roofing systemsCommunicate professionally with homeowners and clearly explain inspection findings and recommended repairsTake detailed before, during, and after job photosDocument job progress, repairs completed, materials used, and additional findingsMaintain a clean and organized jobsiteFollow all company safety procedures and steep-slope roofing safety practicesRepresent Allcon Roofing professionally while interacting with customersQualifications & Experience:Strong experience in steep-slope roofingStrong knowledge of asphalt shingle roofing systems and repair techniquesAbility to perform detailed roof inspections and accurately identify roofing issuesStrong understanding of roofing materials, construction, and repair methodsExperience with slate, cedar, and metal roofing is a strong plusAbility to safely navigate and work on steep-slope roofsStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipExcellent communication and customer service skillsComfortable speaking directly with homeowners and explaining findingsStrong documentation skillsComfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job photos, notes, and documentationAble to work independently and take ownership of assigned jobsA valid driver's licenseDependable, professional, and safety-consciousWhat We're Looking For:We are looking for someone who knows roofing and takes pride in doing the job right.The right candidate should be able to independently inspect a steep-slope roof, accurately identify the cause of a problem, communicate the findings professionally to the customer, complete the necessary repair, and provide thorough photo documentation of the work.Strong shingle knowledge is essential.
