Roofing Sales RepresentativeDo you love meeting people, solving problems, and closing deals with a smile? Storm Guard is looking for someone just like you to join our team. This is a rewarding role where your warmth, work ethic, and ability to connect with homeowners will make a lasting difference. We're not just selling roofs, we're helping people protect what matters most.Perform roof inspections and assess damage or aging issues.Educate homeowners on roofing and other exterior trade options and pricing.Build and present professional estimates and proposals.Leverage Storm Guard tools like AccuLynx for proposals and follow-ups.Guide clients through the entire retail sales process.Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.2+ years of retail residential roofing sales experience, or exterior trades (windows, gutters, siding, painting) experience.Comfortable using technology platforms for CRM and estimating.Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.Strong understanding of roofing systems and construction basics.Motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.At Storm Guard, we lead with a servant's heart, act with enthusiasm, and always do the right thing — even when no one is watching.
