In this role, you'll generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted, storm-affected neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activityConduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damageEducate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim processPrepare and present estimates and proposalsClose sales and maintain strong customer relationshipsPartner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completionFollow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referralsRequirements:Qualifications:Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing as a daily requirementSales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive driveComfortable working outdoors and climbing laddersValid driver's license and reliable transportationAvailable to work evenings and weekends as neededWhat We Offer:Competitive commission planPaid training and ongoing mentorshipHealth benefits & 401(k)Opportunities for advancementSupportive team environmentWe reward hard work and create clear paths for growth.
