Job description
Accord Group is seeking a General Manager to become a Managing Partner running their own roofing, siding, and gutter location. This hands‑on leadership role blends sales leadership, operations, and P&L ownership to drive profitability. Training is provided, with no prior roofing required, and earning potential of $200K+ annually.
As GM you will own outcomes including sales results, team performance, and customer collections, with up to 70% travel and a structured onboarding path from day one.
