Our continued growth has created an exciting opportunity for motivated sales professionals who are looking to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.What You'll DoGenerate new roofing leads through networking, referrals, canvassing, and self-generated marketing effortsConduct residential and commercial roof inspectionsSafely climb ladders and access rooftops to perform comprehensive roof evaluationsIdentify storm damage, aging roofs, leaks, and other roofing concernsMeasure roofs and assess repair and replacement needsPrepare and present accurate repair and roof replacement estimates to customersEducate homeowners and property managers on available roofing solutionsGuide customers through insurance claim processes when applicableFollow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipelineBuild lasting relationships with customers and referral partnersCoordinate with operations and production teams to ensure customer satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForHighly motivated and goal-oriented individualStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleRoofing, construction, restoration, or insurance industry experience is a plusReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseSmartphone and ability to utilize sales and CRM toolsAbility and willingness to climb ladders and walk on residential roofs safelyAbility to inspect roofs, identify damage, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutionsMust successfully pass a background check as a condition of engagementAdditional RequirementsValid driver's license and dependable transportationAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsBackground check requiredAbility to safely climb ladders and access the rooftopComfortable working at heights and following safety protocolsRoofing salesRoofing inspections and estimatingConstruction or home improvement salesStorm damage restoration salesInsurance restoration and claims assistanceExterior remodeling (roofing, siding, gutters, windows)Property insurance adjustingResidential or commercial constructionCanvassing and door-to-door salesUsing CRM and estimating software such as AccuLynx, Roofr, JobNimbus, Xactimate, or similar platformsPicture yourself here fulfilling your potential.At SERVPRO®, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
