Roofing experience is a plus but not required.Comfortable generating your own leadsWillingness to prospect neighborhoods and self-source opportunitiesStrong communication and follow-up skillsHigh level of personal drive and resilienceComfortable working at heights and climbing laddersValid driver’s licenseWork StructureFirst 30 Days: In-office presence expected for training and onboarding.After 30 Days: Primarily remote/field-based, with office attendance as needed.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and self-source roofing leads through door knocking and neighborhood prospectingMeet with homeowners and sign contractsMeet with insurance adjusters when applicableEnter customer information into AccuLynx CRMTake property photos to support claims and documentationMaintain consistent communication to ensure superior customer satisfactionRelay job details to the office for proper production managementCollect payments before and upon job completionPost permits and ladders when requiredBe present during production to ensure quality and scope accuracyConduct final inspections to ensure customer satisfactionCompensationCommission-Only W2 PositionUncapped earning potentialPerformance bonuses$2,000 monthly draw for the first 3 months to provide financial support while you build your pipeline and ramp up productionDraw is intended to support your transition into the role while you develop leads, close sales, and establish your book of businessAfter the initial 3-month period, compensation transitions fully to the standard commission structure and applicable performance incentivesBenefits401(k) matchingHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceLeads (based on initiative and performance)Employee discountsPaid time offFlexible scheduleScheduleMonday – FridayOn-call when necessaryWeekend availability as neededEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
