Roofing Service TechnicianLocation: Livermore, CACompany: Allied Construction ServicesJob Summary: Allied Construction Services is seeking a reliable Roofing Service Technician to perform roof inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial roofing systems. This role is field-based and customer-facing, requiring strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair leaks, punctures, and other roof system failuresPerform routine roof maintenance and inspections on commercial/industrial propertiesApply roof coatings, sealants, and patching materials as neededCommunicate findings and recommended repairs to customers and office staffComplete accurate service reports, photos, and documentation for each jobOperate service vehicle and maintain tools/equipment in good working orderFollow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all timesMaintain a clean and organized job siteQualifications:1+ years of roofing, service technician, or related construction experience preferredWorking knowledge of low-slope/commercial roofing systems (TPO, coatings, built-up roofing) a plusAbility to work at heights and in varying weather conditionsStrong customer service and communication skillsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical laborPreferred:Experience with commercial or industrial roof maintenance and leak repairBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
