Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal SuperintendentWe're hiring a Commercial Roofing Sheet Metal Superintendent to oversee field operations and crews throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced commercial roofing professional with strong knowledge of architectural sheet metal systems.You'll oversee projects from planning through completion, keeping crews productive, projects on schedule, and work up to quality and safety standards.What You'll be Doing:Lead and provide day-to-day direction to commercial roofing and sheet metal crewsOversee project schedules, quality, manpower, and field operationsInspect sheet metal work to ensure quality and industry standards are metCoordinate with clients, crews, subcontractors, and management throughout projectsRead and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsIdentify and resolve field issues to keep projects movingCoordinate change orders and provide project progress updatesPromote and enforce safe work practices across jobsitesWho We're Looking For:5+ years of commercial roofing/sheet metal foreman, superintendent, or similar leadership experienceStrong knowledge of commercial roofing and architectural sheet metal systems and installationProven ability to lead field crews and subcontractorsAbility to read and interpret construction drawingsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfortable managing multiple projects and prioritiesBasic computer skillsValid, insurable driver's licenseWhat Our Client Offers:Starting pay of $70,000+/year, depending on experienceFull-time, day-shift schedule with no nightsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offAdditional benefits including HSA/FSA options, life insurance, and EAPLong-term growth opportunities with an established organization
