The Dalmar & Element Hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale is seeking a hands-on Sparrow General Manager to lead Sparrow Rooftop's daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to adapt to a 24/7 hospitality environment.
You will collaborate with the hotel management team to drive sales, monitor service quality, and maintain safety and compliance.
