Room Service Attendant, The American ClubWork Mode: OnsiteLocation: Kohler, WICompetitive Compensation: $500 Sign On BonusOpportunityJoin our top-rated team and transform your passion for great food into exceptional guest service, growing your skills in effective selling techniques, proper food and liquor handling methods, and hotel operations.Specific Responsibilities:Providing delivery services of food and beverage items to guests while ensuring the highest possible guest satisfactionEnsuring appearance of food and beverages are being served within standardsAccommodating guests' special requests and concernsMaintaining complete working knowledge of proper serving etiquette and guest relation expectations, guest check procedures, correct maintenance and use of all equipment, department and resort offerings, all company policies and procedures, safety practices, department specific procedures (i.e. amenities, timelines for delivery, table retrieval, hall sweeps)This is Part-Time position working shifts between 2pm-10pm, weekdays and weekends.Skills/RequirementsMust be 18 years or older to applyMust have a valid Driver LicensePrior serving experience preferred but not requiredApplicant will be required to obtain a SafeServe certificate upon hire.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The hourly range for this position is $10.10 - $15.20 plus tips/gratuity. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
