Job description

The Silverado Resort is seeking an Assistant Director of Operations – Rooms to lead the property’s Rooms Division, including Front Office, Bell, Concierge, PBX and Guest Service. You will collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure smooth operations and drive profitability.

You will own the front office P&L, develop annual budgets with Finance, and monitor guest satisfaction and service delivery. Strong leadership and a commitment to brand standards are essential.
