Job description
Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks an experienced operations leader to manage the Service Center team responsible for repairing critical turbomachinery equipment. You will prioritize shop work, assign tasks, and forecast P&L while coordinating with Safety and Quality managers to uphold policies.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety performance, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction. Travel about 5% and leadership of both direct and indirect staff are required for success in this role.
