Caterpillar Inc. is launching the Engineering Rotational Development Program (ERDP) – Materials Track in the Midwest.
This entry-level pathway spotlights rotations through Ferrous Metallurgy, Failure Analysis, Quality Engineering, Heat Treat, and Product Development as you develop core materials engineering skills. You will rotate through three 12-month assignments, work with mentors, and contribute to Caterpillar’s mission.
