Job description
SailFuture seeks an experienced offshore Captain for a rotational program aboard a 100’ sailing yacht serving at-risk youth. The role involves hands-on management of vessel operations, safety, and crew oversight during expeditions in the Caribbean.
You will lead youth programming, ensure SOP compliance, and mentor staff; requirements include USCG 100-Ton Master or equivalent, 5+ years at sea, and First Aid/CPR.
