Rough Carpenters Wanted
We are currently seeking experienced Rough Carpenters to join our team on residential and multifamily construction projects in Alameda, CA. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with rough framing and residential construction and takes pride in producing quality work safely and efficiently.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking carpenters who are ready to get to work and contribute to a strong crew.
Responsibilities include:
Perform rough carpentry and framing work on residential and multifamily construction projects
Read and interpret construction plans and layouts
Perform wall, floor, roof, and structural framing
Measure, cut, and install lumber and other building materials
Assist with layout, blocking, sheathing, and other framing tasks
Safely operate common hand and power tools
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow project specifications, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
Work efficiently as part of a construction crew
Complete work with attention to quality, accuracy, and detail
