Job description
Ruckersville, VA | Full-Time | Local Route, Home Every Night
Pay: $46,000–$55,000 per year, base plus commission
nWant your own route and a say in how much you earn? Virginia Linen Service is hiring a Route Sales and Service Driver to run an established route serving restaurant, hospitality, and healthcare customers in the Ruckersville and Charlottesville area. You deliver the product, get to know the people you serve, and earn commission when you grow an account. Home every night, no overnight hauls.
nWhat You'll Do
nnRun your own established route, picking up and delivering textile and disposable products
nBuild steady relationships so customers know you and count on you
nAdd products and services to existing accounts and earn commission on what you sell
nLoad, unload, push, and pull product, lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the day
nPlan and manage your own day, working independently for most of your shift
n nWhat You Need
nnValid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive a company vehicle)
nAble to lift up to 50 lbs and reach, squat, and bend in all kinds of weather
nDependable, on time, and able to start early in the morning
nComfortable with friendly, consultative selling. No pushy tactics needed
nRoute or delivery experience is a plus but not required. We'll train the right person
