Your responsibilities will include building strong connections with internal and external customers, creating "Customers for Life." Assist service professionals with pest control, mosquito treatments, and termite inspections. Anticipate and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions that ensure ongoing satisfaction. Adhere to safety standards and regulations while operating company equipment and vehicles. Partner with internal teams like customer service, sales, and management to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

What you need to succeed includes a high school diploma or equivalent, no prior experience necessary, must be at least 18 years of age, valid driver's license required, ability to work independently and manage route-based assignments. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: lift and carry up to 50 lbs., must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas. Comfortable working in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, etc.). Ability to work in all weather conditions.
