We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Akron, OH. Explore Monarch here and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
Respond to work orders and resident service requests
Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis
Snow removal when needed
What We're Looking For:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time
Compensation & Benefits:
- $28 to $35 per hour
- Annual salary increases up
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually
