Job description
The City of Flagstaff is seeking an Engineering Specialist to administer and process Right-of-Way permits and deliver excellent customer service to utility companies and contractors. You will maintain engineering records, coordinate construction plans, as-built drawings, and property dedications between Development Engineering and GIS.
