RQI Specialist I
Position Overview:
Join our team as an RQI Specialist I and play a key role in supporting our lifesaving mission! You'll be responsible for configuring, refurbishing, and shipping RQI (Resuscitation Quality Improvement) systems and equipment to meet customer needs. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who enjoys technical work, logistics, and making a difference in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Configure RQI systems, including updating and loading software on PCs
Refurbish manikins and laptops to company standards
Manage inventory and process work orders using QAD
Coordinate shipments of refurbished units based on service orders
Support product repairs and returns (RMA) as needed
Schedule:
Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:30pm or 7:00am-3:30pm
Some overtime as required
Pay Rate:
$17.31/ hr.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to utilize standard policies and procedures related to the position
Ability to follow safety practices and principles
Ability to utilize MS Office software effectively
Ability to set-up and manipulate software installations
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of equipment
Regularly required to climb, sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and move about the facility
