What You'll Do
Provide specialized respiratory, nursing, or therapy care to patients in a home setting
Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
Administer treatments and monitor patient progress
Educate patients and families on health management and safety
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with healthcare regulations
What You Need
Required: Valid license and certification for Respiratory Therapist, RN, or CRT
Prior experience in home healthcare preferred
Strong communication skills and compassion for patient care
Preferred: Experience working independently in home settings
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
