Job description
PepsiCo is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead (Run‑to‑Target / RTT) to own deployment and evolution of RTT within the plant’s Integrated Work System. You will partner with the Plant Director and frontline teams to deliver today’s results while building tomorrow’s capability.
This high‑visibility role focuses on embedding RTT in daily routines, coaching teams, and driving accountable, standardized performance. The position advances leadership and operational excellence across the site.
