Job description
Location : Colts Neck, NJ
Position : Part-Time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Hours : 9am – 5pm
Hourly Rate : $30-$35 (depending on experience)

Christmas time is a very hectic time, so staff is encouraged not to take time off then, but
support PTO other times throughout the year. **Must be flexible with overtime during
holiday season.
Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and car. Mileage is reimbursed for
errands only.
Seeking an experienced Runner to support the day-to-day logistics of a busy household.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in television production, live events,
luxury hospitality, or concierge services who thrives in fast-paced environment and
understands the importance of discretion, efficiency, and professionalism.
No task is too small, no request is beneath you, and no two days are the same. The right
candidate is organized, proactive, dependable, and able to execute tasks quickly while
maintaining complete confidentiality and perfect attention to detail.
Must be comfortable with dogs and cats.
Responsibilities
- Reports to the Chief of Staff.
- Open packages and record all incoming deliveries in Airtable (iphone App).
- Schedule FedEx pick-ups for all outgoing packages.
- Comfortable lifting heavy packages and household items.
- Manage a high volume of personal shopping (including placing orders and handling
all returns).
- Source and pick up specialty items on short notice.
- Keep track of medicine refills as needed and order prescriptions for the family and
their pets.
- Ship out dry cleaning and keep track of item status.
- Take the family’s pets to the vet for yearly check-ups and/or emergency visits.
- Maintain and organize principals clothing racks/closets.
- Support household staff with logistical needs throughout the day.
- Handle last-minute requests and occasional errands with urgency and
professionalism.
- Help principals pack for vacations and work events.
- Order birthday flowers for family and friends.
- Create and organize binders (Examples: vacation and event planning).
- Christmas Season: assist with holiday gift selections, wrapping, and shipments.
