Accounting Runner / Document ScannerWe're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Accounting Runner / Document Scanner to support our Accounting team across multiple dealership locations. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys independent work, staying organized, and helping maintain accurate digital records.ResponsibilitiesScan and index accounting documents into the CDK imaging systemOrganize paper and digital files for compliancePick up and deliver documents between DeMontrond locationsAssist with clerical tasks and follow detailed proceduresRequirementsStrong attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Excel preferredValid Texas driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally between storesPreferred ExperienceAutomotive dealership or accounting department experienceFamiliarity with filing or document-management systemsExperienceMicrosoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)BenefitsBenefits include medical, vision, dental, supplemental insurance, 401K retirement savings, paid time off, holiday pay, and company-paid continuing education and training.About UsThe DeMontrond Automotive Group was established in Houston in 1953, but dates to 1914 with the first Buick franchise in Texas.
