Job description
Established Community Hospital in the Phoenix, AZ area seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a primary care role. The position is full-time with a 4/10s schedule, and the on-site provider will see patients of all ages as the primary care provider.
The team is collaborative, including RN, front office, and MA support, in a rural community hospital setting about 60 minutes from downtown Phoenix.
