Job description
Mille Lacs Health System in Minnesota seeks a 1.0 FTE Emergency Department Medical Director to provide clinical leadership, mentor APPs, and oversee ED operations in a rural Critical Access Hospital.
You will coordinate education and skills development, ensure regulatory compliance, lead quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate with nursing, EMS, and hospital leadership to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
