Job description
Gilder Search Group is seeking a FUSE Executive Fellow to strengthen education-to-career pathways across rural Utah. The fellow will facilitate partnerships, enhance local agency capacity, and work towards improved economic mobility for youth. Responsibilities include data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and development of strategic plans.
The fellowship runs from October 26, 2026, to October 20, 2028, with an annual salary of $95,000 and various health benefits. Candidates should have over 15 years of leadership experience and a track record in organizational change.
