Job description
Clara Barton Medical Center in Hoisington, KS is seeking a BC/BE Family Practice Physician to join our rural health team. The role includes outpatient, inpatient and ER coverage with a flexible 4-day work week and strong community impact.
We offer a competitive base salary of $240,000 to $300,000 depending on experience, plus RVU-based productivity bonuses, paid malpractice, CME allowance, generous leave, and employer-matched retirement. Relocation support is available.
