Job description
Essentia Health in Fosston, MN is seeking a Family Medicine physician open to J1 and H1 candidates for a rural community role. The position partners with dedicated physicians and APPs to deliver patient-focused care across clinic, hospital, and outreach services.
The role features a Monday–Friday clinic schedule (8am–5pm), with optional inpatient rounds and ER shifts. Deliveries are managed via a shared care model with Essentia OB/GYN, and the site offers Epic EMR and a broad spectrum of on-site
