Lever, Inc. seeks an Outpatient Family Practice Provider to deliver comprehensive medical care in a walk‑in clinic at an IHS facility in Ogema, Minnesota. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions in a two-provider, low‑volume setting.
